1. Genel Koşullar

Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), GangWorks ("Şirket", "biz") tarafından sağlanan Gogu Challenge mobil uygulaması ("Uygulama", "Hizmet") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

2. Hizmet Tanımı

Gogu Challenge, kullanıcıların günlük hedeflerini takip etmelerine, arkadaşlarıyla challenge'larda yarışmalarına ve kişisel gelişim yolculuklarını desteklemelerine olanak sağlayan bir mobil uygulamadır.

3. Kullanıcı Hesapları

3.1 Hesap Oluşturma

  • 13 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar hesap oluşturabilir
  • Doğru ve güncel bilgiler sağlamakla yükümlüsünüz
  • Hesap güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz
  • Hesap bilgilerinizi kimseyle paylaşmamalısınız

3.2 Hesap Sorumluluğu

  • Hesabınız altındaki tüm aktivitelerden sorumlusunuz
  • Şüpheli aktivite durumunda bizi bilgilendirmelisiniz
  • Hesabınızı başkalarının kullanımına açmamalısınız

4. Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları

  • Uygulamayı yasal amaçlarla kullanmak
  • Diğer kullanıcılara saygılı davranmak
  • Yanıltıcı, spam veya zararlı içerik paylaşmamak
  • Diğer kullanıcıları taciz etmemek
  • Telif hakkı ihlali yapmamak
  • Sistemi manipüle etmeye çalışmamak

5. Challenge Kuralları

5.1 Katılım

  • Challenge'lara katılım tamamen gönüllüdür
  • Sağlık durumunuza uygun challenge'ları seçmekle yükümlüsünüz
  • Doktor tavsiyesi olmadan aşırı fiziksel aktivite yapmayın

5.2 Fair Play

  • Challenge sonuçlarınızı manipüle etmek yasaktır
  • Sahte veriler girmeyin
  • Unfair advantage elde etmeye çalışmayın

6. Sağlık ve Güvenlik

ÖNEMLİ UYARI: Gogu Challenge bir sağlık uygulaması değildir. Challenge'lara katılmadan önce:

  • Sağlık durumunuzu değerlendirin
  • Gerektiğinde doktorunuza danışın
  • Fiziksel kısıtlarınızı dikkate alın
  • Kendinizi aşırı zorlamayın

7. İçerik ve Fikri Mülkiyet

7.1 Şirket İçeriği

  • Uygulama ve tüm içeriği GangWorks'ün mülkiyetindedir
  • Logo, metin, görsel ve ses materyalleri telif hakkı koruması altındadır
  • İzinsiz kullanım, kopyalama veya dağıtım yasaktır

7.2 Kullanıcı İçeriği

  • Paylaştığınız içerikten siz sorumlusunuz
  • Uygunsuz içerik paylaşımı hesabınızın kapatılmasına neden olabilir
  • Diğer kullanıcıların fikri mülkiyet haklarına saygı gösterin

8. Hizmet Kullanılabilirliği

  • 7/24 hizmet garantisi vermiyoruz
  • Bakım ve güncelleme dönemlerinde hizmet kesintileri olabilir
  • İnternet bağlantısı kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır

9. Hesap Kapatma

9.1 Kullanıcı Tarafından

  • Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz
  • Hesap kapatma uygulama ayarlarından yapılır
  • Verileriniz 30 gün içinde silinir

9.2 Şirket Tarafından

Aşağıdaki durumlarda hesabınızı kapatma hakkını saklarız:

  • Bu koşulların ihlali
  • Yasadışı aktivite
  • Diğer kullanıcıları rahatsız etme
  • Sistem güvenliğini tehdit etme

10. Sorumluluk Sınırlandırması

  • Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sağlanmaktadır
  • Hizmet kesintilerinden sorumlu değiliz
  • Challenge katılımından doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz
  • Veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz

11. Değişiklikler

  • Bu koşulları önceden haber vermeksizin değiştirebiliriz
  • Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirim ile duyurulur
  • Değişiklikleri kabul etmiyorsanız hesabınızı kapatabilirsiniz

12. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklar İstanbul mahkemelerinde çözülür.

1. General Conditions

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Gogu Challenge mobile application ("Application", "Service") provided by GangWorks ("Company", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Description of Service

Gogu Challenge is a mobile application that allows users to track their daily goals, compete in challenges with friends, and support their personal development journeys.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

  • Users aged 13 and over may create an account.
  • You are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for account security.
  • You must not share your account information with anyone.

3.2 Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
  • You must notify us in case of suspicious activity.
  • You must not allow others to use your account.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Application for lawful purposes only.
  • Act respectfully towards other users.
  • Do not share misleading, spam, or harmful content.
  • Do not harass other users.
  • Do not commit copyright infringement.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate the system.

5. Challenge Rules

5.1 Participation

  • Participation in challenges is entirely voluntary.
  • You are responsible for choosing challenges appropriate for your health status.
  • Do not engage in excessive physical activity without medical advice.

5.2 Fair Play

  • Manipulating challenge results is prohibited.
  • Do not enter false data.
  • Do not attempt to gain an unfair advantage.

6. Health and Safety

IMPORTANT WARNING: Gogu Challenge is not a health application. Before participating in challenges:

  • Evaluate your health status.
  • Consult your doctor when necessary.
  • Take your physical limitations into account.
  • Do not overexert yourself.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

7.1 Company Content

  • The Application and all its content are the property of GangWorks.
  • Logos, text, visuals, and audio materials are protected by copyright.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

7.2 User Content

  • You are responsible for the content you share.
  • Sharing inappropriate content may result in the closure of your account.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of other users.

8. Service Availability

  • We do not guarantee 24/7 service availability.
  • Service interruptions may occur during maintenance and update periods.
  • Internet connectivity is the responsibility of the user.

9. Account Termination

9.1 By the User

  • You may close your account at any time.
  • Account termination is done via the application settings.
  • Your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9.2 By the Company

We reserve the right to terminate your account in the following cases:

  • Violation of these terms.
  • Illegal activity.
  • Harassment of other users.
  • Threatening system security.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Application is provided "as is."
  • We are not responsible for service interruptions.
  • We are not liable for damages arising from challenge participation.
  • We are not responsible for data loss.

11. Changes

  • We may change these terms without prior notice.
  • Significant changes will be announced via in-app notifications.
  • If you do not accept the changes, you may close your account.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
